Another workout video! This time I show you some of my favorite basic leg day exercises and use moderate to low weight just to show you how important it is to nail proper form. Trust me, it took me a long time to get form right but once I did I have no injuries or concerns with going up in weight. It is far better to get form down and then work on getting more weight on the bar than try to struggle with a terrible back position.
