A lazy weekend with sweet crave!!! Sharing our 2nd simple recipe, a 10 minutes tiramisu without egg and mascarpone cheese. It is made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture, sugar, and mascarpone cheese/cream cheese, flavored with cocoa. Not an expert, but, after 2 tries and a slight modification to a Simple yet Tasty tiramisu using only °strong black coffee°, °heavy cream°, °cream cheese°, °sugar°, and a dash of °vanilla essence° Happy to know my family wanting more! Give it a try if your little ones are asking for dessert and you are lazy to head out during this "current situation" just cut away little of the coffee but not all, after all Tiramisu is a coffee-flavored Italian dessert 🩰Instructions 🥿Beat whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form. 👟Add in cream cheese (Another optional - 1 tablespoon Amaretto liquor or Brandy) and continue to whip to stiff peaks. 👞Dip Marie biscuits in coffee (and brandy if using) and place in 1st layer ❗❗Don't let them soak as the will fall apart, just a quick dunk in the coffee is enough.⚠️ 👡Spread half of the whipped cream mixture on top of the first layer of Marie biscuits. 🔄Repeat process with the second layer of Marie biscuits and cream mixture. ℹ (vice versa) Dust the top of the dessert with cocoa powder using a sieve. Refrigerate for about 4-5 hours (it gets even better in the fridge and is a perfect make-ahead dessert)
