Sharing below our 5 Simple steps using 5 types of ingredient: 🔸️5 Steps 1. Line a 6" or 7" springform cake pan with parchment (baking) paper. 2. Preheat air fryer 180⁰c for 5 to 10 mins. 3. Beat cream cheese with sugar until CREAMY and SMOOTH (no lumps) 4. Slowly mix in eggs, one at a time, followed by whipping cream and lastly the flour. * Tap the cakepan on the counter a few times after filling it with batter. Doing so will bring the bubbles to the surface and level out the top of your cake too. 5. Temperature: Airfry 160⁰c (25 min), 180⁰c (5-8min) *if you prefer more burnt for top, can increase to 190⁰c Cool and keep in fridge for about 5 hours or overnight. Unmould and serve chill. 🥣5 Ingredients ✔ 250g Cream cheese（PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese） ✔ 80g Caster sugar (100g if you like it sweeter) ✔ 3 Eggs ✔ 10g All purpose flour ✔ 130g Thickened cream (Bulla Thickened Cream） * change to thickened cream as advised if you prefer creamier cheesecake ⏳Time needed: "very individual" Preparation: 5 to 10min Cooking: 25 to 30min 💲Estimate Damage S$8 - S$10 for the whole cake Thank you for watching!
