(28 days) Note: Please understand that when I prepare these types of meals for Allen, that this isn't the way he eats throughout the day. Allen is healthy at 5"11 and 163 lbs. He eats a balanced days meal while going to the gym several times a week. He is old enough and responsible enough to make his health his own priority. As his wife, I cook from the heart and obviously do my best to alternate meals that'll be appropriate for him. Today he had his favorite fries, yesterday I made him brown rice & korean food, days prior he had salmon, side salad & mac salad. I leave it to him to take responsibility of himself because he's capable of it. I cook what is available ( I never go out of my way to buy extra groceries that aren't needed), what is within our budget and appropriate for our lifestyle. In the midst of my meals, he knows what his limits are, knows when to stop eating and still enjoys everything that's available to him. The key is balance. We're young, we enjoy life, we enjoy food and we're as raw as it gets. This is how we live. Do I believe that both him and I should eat healthy forever? Absolutely... but I also believe in being able to enjoy the fruits of all foods in proportion and balance. I don't want to sugar coat our lives, I hope you all understand where I'm coming from!! -Jinah
