Jim Dunne's video: The Four Horsemen guitar cover

@The Four Horsemen (guitar cover)
My cover of Metallica's The Four Horsemen from Kill 'Em All! The leads are not exact, as usual. Make Kirk play them exact live and I'll do the same. (YouTube didn't look too kindly on my last video encode, but that gave me some time to fix up the audio mix anyway.) MP3s here. I have two mixes. Mix is done straight from the audio track used on this video. Mix was touched up after the video and I think it sounds more polished and less harsh. Mix 3, after the video post, has much less low-mid, brighter overall, and a better bass tone: http://bittwiddlers.org/ftp/jim/recordings/Horsemen%20-%20m3.mp3 (mix 3) Rhythm guitars only during leads: http://bittwiddlers.org/ftp/jim/backing/Horsemen%20-%20m3%20no%20leads.mp3 (mix 3) No rhythm guitars, only leads: http://bittwiddlers.org/ftp/jim/backing/Horsemen%20-%20m3%20no%20rhythms.mp3 (mix 3) No guitars at all, just bass and drums: http://bittwiddlers.org/ftp/jim/backing/Horsemen%20-%20m3%20no%20guitars.mp3 (mix 3) Mix 2, straight from this video: http://bittwiddlers.org/ftp/jim/recordings/Horsemen%20-%20m2.mp3 (mix 2) Rhythm guitars only during leads: http://bittwiddlers.org/ftp/jim/backing/Horsemen%20-%20m2%20no%20leads.mp3 (mix 2) No rhythm guitars, only leads: http://bittwiddlers.org/ftp/jim/backing/Horsemen%20-%20m2%20no%20rhythms.mp3 (mix 2) No guitars at all, just bass and drums: http://bittwiddlers.org/ftp/jim/backing/Horsemen%20-%20m2%20no%20guitar.mp3 (mix 2) Guitar - TriAxis - NADY GEQ 215 - t.c. electronic g-major - SimulClass 2:90 - Sequis Motherlode Elemental - mic pre of EDIROL UA-1000 - Cakewalk Sonar 8 x64 Bass - HI-Z input of EDIROL UA-1000 - Cakewalk Sonar 8 x64 - Compressor, Tube Leveler EZDrummer - Vintage Channel 64 "Master Mix" preset with a few tweaks TriAxis settings: Rhythm: LD2 YELLOW G: 7.5, T: 8.0, M: 3.5, B: 2.0, D: 9.0, M: 9.0, P: 0.0, DV: 7.0 Lead: LD2 GREEN G: 9.0, T: 8.0, M: 5.0, B: 1.0, D: 10, M: 9.0, P: 0.0, DV: 6.5 GEQ-215: how do I describe an EQ curve?!
