I noticed today there's a bit of play in the steering wheel of my car. This is the first time I've noticed it, perhaps it's been like this all along. I was bored in traffic and noticed I could move the steering wheel a few degrees without feeling any feedback/resistance that I would normally feel when the front wheels actually move. I should note that I did recently have my original engine replaced due to a suspected failed oil pump (complete loss of oil pressure). I'm not sure if this steering play is a result of the work performed, or if this is just a normal/common thing with all GT350s or even S550 Mustangs.
