Hello friends. It's been a while. This vlog was filmed a little less than a year ago. On our last trip to Manila. This is our SMDC The Grass Residences condo in Quezon City. It is 26.5 square meter. One bedroom one bath unit. It is so tiny that a canadian friend said it is the smallest condo unit they have ever seen. I would say it is cozy. I want to be back in making youtube videos. I miss it. I have few videos that I have filmed already. It is related to investing and finance. I hope you are into. Please let me know if you are good with that topic. I want to especially help the filipinos who are outside the country. We filipinos will always go back to Philippines. There are so many OFW and balikbayans that goes back to Philippines empty handed.
