Treehouse Masters Contest Entry. Our dream of a Treehouse Park based on Michigan and Millburg history featuring a walkway similar to the Mackinaw Bridge, a Mystery Spot and a water wheel. The park would showcase the flora and fauna of a climax forest on a Michigan stream. We have a beautiful woodland property that would be the perfect location for a treehouse park where visitors can see the “Nature of Michigan”. Patricia- There are trees from virgin to old growth that survived the sawmills. Michigan wildflowers and native plants proliferate the area along with birds of many varieties. One of the reasons I want a treehouse is when I was a little girl I had a maple tree outside my back door. Much to my mom’s dismay I would often climb to the top. My dad climbed the tree himself one day and built a little wooden seat out on a branch for me to sit on. I spent many hours of imaginative time "living" in my favorite tree. I would like a "dad" seat in our treehouse. I love to cook so a nice little kitchen with a back to nature rustic feel would be bring me happiness.
