"That pipeline down the left" that we went through after the Genesis fight is actually in the lower right of the map, but I was thinking about how I called it a leftward passage last video because it moves to the left. Whoops. Ika-chan would have cleared that right up. (Also, at the end, it IS non-trivial. Not my best day with words.) The white things in the Genesis fight only hit you when they puff up to the larger size; the smaller ones won't hit you. I noticed that during the fight, but it is hard to keep track of which white blobs will hit you and which won't while you are watching for Genesis itself and trying to avoid the blocks. I didn't notice until editing, but it appears the easy way to tell is that the small ones that won't hit you only move left to right, and the ones that will hit you only go right to left. So other than Genesis and the ring blasts it shoots at you, everything else that can hit you comes from the right. You can still shoot down the white blobs when they are small. You can take advantage of that to try to collect some health or weapon power during the fight. I didn't because I kept missiles equipped to not have to worry about switching, but if you use another weapon, that would help. ***** Jenka's Nightmare is a Cave Story mod made mostly by shmitz and finished by MagicDoors.
