At the age of 19, bought his first hardware and started producing dance tracks under the "Zero Reality" nick, getting great support among local djs. Ten years after, having played live for more than 20.000 people in his country and recorded three studio albums with his band "Il Phantasmo" (Smokinghome Records, 1999, 2001 and 2003), he co-produced kozmic3´s second album "Hallucigenia" (KSK Records 2005), and then decided to work as a solo artist, producing under the alias Nicholas Van Orton. His tunes had a great welcome at the house scene, and are supported by many international and local djs such as Hernan Cattaneo, Andy Moor, Anthony Pappa, Martin Garcia and Deep Mariano to name a few. Ariel now spends his time producing different styles of music, djing and running "SmokingHome", his graphic design lab, where he works as a free-lance 3d animator and sound designer for movies and TV. Some of his works include audios for FOX, MTV, AXN, Converse, etc. 2009 Found Nicholas as Label Manager of the South American branch of Balkan Connection Records.
