Για πολλούς από εμάς η μουσική αυτή του Γιώργου Κοτσώνη μας θυμίζει ξέγνοιαστες μέρες σε χρόνια αθωότητας, σε χρόνια πριν τη τουρκική εισβολή στη Κύπρο. Μας θυμίζει τις ξανθές παραλίες της Αμμοχώστου, τα γιασεμιά να μοσχοβολάνε στις γειτονιές της Κερύνειας. Βρισκόμαστε στο έτος 1967 και η μουσική προέρχεται από το έργο του μεγάλου μας μουσικοσυνθέτη «Ες γην εναλίαν Κύπρον». Η ηχογράφηση έγινε στο ΡΙΚ το 1968.
