Families gather at the camp of homeless Aboriginal people in the Darwin suburbs, under the flight path of the Darwin International Airport. December is the Monsoon Season in North Australia but the heavy rain di not spoil the celebrations. Not all the people in this film lived at Fish Camp, but most are from the Maningrida settlement on the Central Arnhem Land coast, Northern Territory.
