OK run. 41 is possible definitely, maybe even a 40. Played on g_maxfps 100 which gives me around 130-200fps. (Don't ask how that works, I don't even know myself :D) Strats and Skips: 2:04 - TRAINING - Not getting shot too much here is important to keep your buggy from exploding and having to swap vehicles. 3:30 - CARRIER - Skips going around and saves 5 seconds. 3:44 - Crawling there skips going around on the deck, 30+ second saved. 5:05 - FORT - I pick the grenades up and drive uphill, saves at least 1 minute. 5:56 - PIER - Hang gliding up and down allows maintaining height. 6:45 - It's important to take out the snipers in guard towers. 7:11 - Blowing up the buggy (and 2 guys inside) prevents an invincible helicopter chasing and killing you because of not completing the objective where you are supposed to blow up the armory. 7:25 - Going through the bushes to not get spotted and get the same heli on my ass. 7:40 - Picking up a rocket launcher for Control skip. 9:05 - RESEARCH - It's important to kill the first 2 guys and the second 2 guys that I use the grenade. They will shoot you dead otherwise. 9:22 - Going over the hill is about 30 second faster than going through the cave. 10:00 - Landing on the sloped surface cancels fall damage. 11:38 - TREEHOUSE - Parking the car against the gate in a specific way can make you exit onto the wall, skipping a huge part of the level. 12:00 - BUNKER - Grenade jumping onto the elevator while it's going up pushed you out of bounds, then we walk on top of certain areas and drop down into the void water and go NW. 12:53 - STEAM - Baiting the guys so I can steal their patrol boat. 13:29 - Shooting that rock to kill a sniper that can one-shot you. 13:54 - Skipping a huge part of the level by going over the hills. Slightly tricky driving. 14:30 - REGULATOR - Reloading the level because the orange guys get into the truck faster. 15:44 - Going over the hill skips the whole inside bit of the level. 16:20 - CONTROL - Rocket jump out of bounds and a lot of tricky platforming. Saves 2 minutes. 17:45 - REBELLION - The fastest way to get to the hang glider is driving uphill. Then just pick up grenades and glide to the end. 19:54 - ARCHIVE - Important to pick up flashbangs and P90. 20:44 - Set up the barrel in a way it is standing up in the elevator. P90 is the best weapon to do it with. Then repeat bunker strat. A bit tricky to jump out though. 21:57 - Use flashbangs to stun enemies so they don't kill me. 23:10 - COOLER - I need at least 90% armor here. 23:37 - Pushing the barrel under the ventilation so I can rocket grenade jump into it. 24:34 - The death of the 2 trigens ends the level. 26:09 - BOAT - Drive into a specific area on the edge of what is considered inbounds, shoot a precise spot on the hill to splash damage Crowe's heli enough to "kill" him. Then dive underwater and go out of bounds to trigger the invincible helicopter that triggers the end of the level, not being able to kill you because you are underwater. 28:05 - CATACOMBS - Take OICW. 28:41 - Skipping going into the catacombs by walking on top. Saves about 10-15 seconds. Skips a lot of enemies so you don't get killed as much. 30:10 - RIVER - Shooting an OICW grenade to attract the attention of the guys, then I throw a rock to bait them into coming towards me. 30:30 - Drop weapon in slot 1 and enter the boat, reload next checkpoint while in the boat to have the boat gun (either machinegun or rocket launcher) on foot with 100% movement speed. 32:13 - A useful but hard skip that saves around 15-20 seconds. I use the binoculars to tag enemies. 39:00 - SWAMP - Crap level. I push Val into a "forbidden area" which causes her to not be able to move thus warping her into the forklift. It is not much faster but it solves the problem of her getting stuck in places sometimes. As I said, shit level. 40:14 - FACTORY - Pretty easy hill climb that skips the whole level and saves 5 minutes. 44:16 - VOLCANO - Shoot Krieger in the balls to kill him faster. 44:44 - Get out of bounds with the elevator and then some tricky platforming. At the end I drop down into the void and shoot a rocket that hits the room that Doyle is and the splash damage kills him. I use binoculars to hear if the rocket hits the hill so I know when I have to reload the checkpoint. GG
