Hornby R3603 "Lord Nelson" Maunsell improved by Bulleid LN class 7P number 30850. Another trip down Memory Lane. I remember standing beside these locos at Woking when I was a boy, 11 years old. For me, they were the most magnificent engines of them all. The original Hornby TTS sound has been replaced with the correct 8 beat per revolution version by Mr Soundguy recorded from the preserved "Lord Nelson". The decoder is a Zimo MX645R - the loud speaker is the original Hornby round 28mm that came fitted in the model. The decoder is also supported by a 17000uF stay-alive.
