When VX Fiber announced it was going to install Gigabit Broadband Internet in my neighbourhood I jumped at the opportunity to upgrade my slow Open Reach supported Internet (provided by Vodafone) for the Lila Connect service full fibre service. But would it be that straight forward? After months of waiting should I give up with this company and look elsewhere?
