listentoourlights's video: Installing Lights in Big Trees

@Installing Lights in Big Trees
I use a cherry picker to install the lights in my big trees. I used to use a ladder, but it is too unstable to be safe. Electric 43ft Articulating Boom Lift (Genie Z-45/25J) rented from United Rentals. Filmed using DJI Mini Pro 3 Drone October 2023 Each string is 50 lights, pushed into pixel strips from Boscoyo with 2 in separation. Strips are mounted 270 degrees around the tree with 36 strips per tree. Each tree is using 3 ports on a FalconF16 controller driving 12 strips/600 lights. Each set of 600 has 2 power injection points (injecting at bottom not top) Running lights at 30% brightness I made 50in long hangers from Apollo PEXb (3/4in X 10 356-823) Tubin - White. Each hanger has 6 strips hanging from it to make a panel. I run horizontal pixel strips across each panel for stability.
