El Appletini es una variación de la vodka martini, que diverge en gusto del martini seco típico agregando el zumo de manzana y/o el licor de la manzana, o del schnapps de la manzana. Ingredientes: 1 onza y media de Absolute Citron 3 onzas de Licor de manzana. 1 Dash de Controy. 1 Manzana Limón. Procedimiento: Paso 1: Vierte la onza y media de Absolute Citron y las 3 onzas de licor de manzana en el shaker. Paso 2: Ahora añade un dash de Controy y uno de limón. Paso 3: Agrega hielo y agita. Paso 4: Sirve y decora la copa.
