Sugarpill launched this Black Capsule palette right before Halloween which is probably why they chose the spookier black pill packaging design as opposed to the white ones they used the the three other Capsule palettes. But black or not – Sugarpill packaging is still always the cutest! So, is the Black Capsule palette worth the money it retails for (which is $42)? Watch my review to find out! The shade names in this C3 Capsule Collection palette are (in the order of arm swatching): Oogie, Grimm, Purgatory, Coven, Gloomy, Firestarter, Ritual, Hex, Psycho Candy and Superstitious. That includes five matte pressed eye shadows, four metallic / foiled ones and one coral-toned blush. I absolutely loved the blendability and the pigmentation of the eye shadows from the Sugarpill Black Capsule palette! Well, pretty much like the blending and pigmentation of my previously owned Sugarpill eyeshadows, to be honest. It is the first time I was using their shimmers and metallics, though, so I was worried about the staying power. But I already did two eyeshadow looks with this C3 capsule collection and I wore one of them for eight hours with no creasing or fading, so the Black Capsule collection palette passed the wear test!
