"Siamo rimasti solo io e te" Where to begin??! I loved Isak and Even with all my heart and I didn't think anything could hit me harder, but then these two came along! I owe og Skam a lot. I went on a journey of discovering my sexuality and coming out because of Evak and all of that happened while I was (and still am) living in Rome. Seeing Martino go through all of this in Rome as well has been extremely relatable to me. I'd been in his shoes, curiously/jealously watching same-sex couples in Rome's gay street, walking around those beautiful Roman streets while being lost in confusion. Martino is me in so many ways. I especially loved how they followed the original storyline but made it their own. Marti and Nico are not Isak and Even, they will never be and they stand strong on their own. They are Evak in a parallel universe, navigating Italian society. And how beautiful is the cinematography in this version :o I've loved this song so much since TVD and I've wanted to vid it for ages but couldn't before because of copyright. I'm so glad I haven't used it yet because Skam Italia and Take on the world are worthy of each other Grazie Skam Italia!!
