今夜の星はきらめく / 昨夜星辰 (Konya no Hoshiwa Kirameku / Zuo Ye Xing Chen) is a Japanese Oldie. The melody was composed by Takuro Yoshida and the lyrics were written by Makoto Kitajo. Later in the 80's, some Taiwanese composer wrote the Mandarin lyrics and came up with the Mandarin version based on the melody of Konya no Hoshiwa Kirameku. That version was used as the main theme song of a TV series of the same name.
