'City Of Hope' was written about the death of Stevie's best friend Robin, and is presumed to have been written around 1982 and recorded as a demo in 1984. Copyrights surfaced in 1984, 1986, and 1997. It can be speculated that this song was intended for the 'Rock a Little Album' and 'Trouble In Shangri La'. "I was so devastated that I thought I was gonna die with her. I really did.
