Battling leukemia, 9-year-old Adrian gets fatigued easily, making it difficult to walk and participate in activities with his family and friends that he normally would love. His wish to have a customized golf cart helps he cope with the effects of his illness. Adrian was surprised to receive his dream golf cart - a 2022 Yamaha 4-seater in metallic green with a lift kit, upgraded rims and all-terrain tires. At first, he could not believe the moment was actually happening. But then it set in and all he wanted to do was go for a ride. Adrian’s grandfather said, “The golf cart is going to mean the world to him and the whole family. We are so excited, and we can’t wait to start using it.” His golf cart enables him to once again enjoy the lifestyle that cancer has taken away. He can get around better, and have fun with family and friends. He is most excited to bring the golf cart along on family camping adventures. Adrian’s wish was sponsored by a 7-year-old wish kid. Kinsley Peacock received her wish to go on a cruise to the Bahamas in 2019. A fellow cancer survivor, Kinsley created @Kinsley's Cookie Cart, a non-profit that raises money for pediatric cancer and granting wishes. Adrian’s wish is the 4th they’ve adopted.
