Having escaped Scorpius, Dalek Sec locates a new life form and enacts a plan of his own. Zipcana dispatches Osiris on a mission on behalf of Anubis. On the planet Geidi Prime, Count Dooku is a guest of Baron Harkonnen and his nephews; Feyd and Rabban. Dooku hosts a tournament to find a new apprentice, eventually selecting Feyd and Astronema as the best fighters. Dalek Sec travels to Earth and allies with Meredith Vickers of Weyland Industries. They use the Xenomorph eggs to begin a breeding experiment. On Coruscant, the alliance council discusses their recent losses against the Daleks, as Osiris arrives with an offer. Scorpius tracks a coded message from the Chancellor's office, and decides to investigate further. Osiris attempts to convince Lord Yu to support Anubis, but Yu, remembering Anubis's reign of terror, refuses. Scorpius tracks Sidious's signal to an abandoned part of Coruscant, where he discovers a freezing chamber. In another region of space, far from Alliance space, Reverend Mother Mohiam and a Guild Agent discuss a coming conflict. Anubis prepares his supersoliders; the Kull Warriors. The Goa'uld system lords accept Anubis into their ranks, though Yu protests. Scorpius releases Khan from imprisonment and enlists his help to stop Palpatine. On a neutral planet, Q challenges Gul Dukat to a test. At the same time, a single one of Anubis's Kull Warriors arrives, searching for the artefact Anubis seeks. The Kull Warrior overwhelms the Jem Hadar soldiers with Dukat, but Q intervenes to allow Dukat to escape. Her'ak seizes the artfect; the eye of Ra, and delivers it to Anubis, giving him the edge he was looking for over his fellow Goa'uld. Count Dooku begins to oversee Feyd's training in the gladatorial arenas of the Baron's household. Anubis takes his fleet to Coruscant, where he is challenged by Lord Yu. Q attempts to intervene, but is pulled away by the Continuum before he can act. Anubis uses the eye of Ra to decimate the Goa'uld fleet and take his full might to bear on Coruscant. On the surface, Scorpius confronts Palpatine with Khan's help, but other than scarring him, they are held at bay while Palpatine slips away and Anubis's fleet arrives above the city. While Dukat retreats, Osiris and Anubis assert their new control over the Goa'uld and seize control of Coruscant.
