@3053 04 Did You See - Time On Our Hands

Found on an old VHS tape from September 1988 (a fuzzy BBC2 recording - apologies for poor reception grain). I'm really not sure if these are clips from the 1962 spoof documentary "Time On Our Hands" (http://wikidelia.net/wiki/Time_On_Our_Hands) or an 80s remake (or a mixture of the two), but it's very prescient and rings true now. I assume this was transmitted to mark the arrival of the time when the documentary was set. I did a few searches to see if the full programme has been uploaded anywhere, and if it has been, it wasn't making itself evident. I think everyone should see this!
