Learn core strengthening exercises with a swiss ball to tighten your stomach, get abs, and reduce belly fat. Side planks, elbow planks and ab roll outs will target the abs and the core. Move forward, roll the shoulder and roll your head. Begin the swiss ball ab exercises by keeping the knees down and moving your shoulder forward. Dive into the front and stay there for a second. Exhale when moving forward. Inhale while coming back. Put your resistance on the swiss ball and roll out. Suck in your tummy and hold it tight. Make sure you do not strain your back while doing the swiss ball workouts. Elbow planks Keep your elbows on the swiss ball and lift your knees up. Stay on your toes and balance the swiss ball. To add more tension to the abdomen slightly push the swiss ball forward. Side planks Keep one leg straight and the swiss ball on it, turn towards your left and keep the other leg over the swiss ball.
