This is my 2011 Halloween costume mask. Yes, it's cardboard. Why? Because I'll probably only use it one time. Cardboard is the most comfortable item besides balaclava to make a mask with. It dries very quickly if sweat soaks into it, it's very light in weight, it's cheap, easy to get, and easy to build with. It's surprisingly durable. If I ever sell it, I'll sell it cheap because of the use of cardboard.
