The Hybrid violin can be played both ways, unplugged and with amplifier. This video demonstrates the amplified sound. The recording conditions are set up quite simple: The violin is played over a Marshal guitar amplifier, the backup music comes from Genelec speakers. The camera with a rather simple built in micro was placed 30 m away from the speakers and the player in order to demonstrate that it can easily fill a large hall. The recording was made in our production hall, so please do not flame us because of the missing light show/effects/bad light conditions. This is a demo only, nothing more.
