Despite a Declared State of Emergency in existance, with specific orders from the State Governer to Stay Home except for "Essential Needs" and to "social distance", avoid crowds, Californians choose to completely ignore the orders, even as thousands per day are dying, they choose to congregate in crowds and to go out for non-essential reasons. California has hundreds of miles of empty beach, yet they continue to congregate one on top of another at crowded beach accesses.
