Similar to Honkai Impact 3rd, the Genshin Impact login screen is an artistic work of engineering cleverness to create a seamless endless looping animation. The time of day you decide to login, changes the environment of the animation to properly reflect your current locale. It is a pity that the login screen itself does not self transition to the next scene if you just leave it on for the whole day. As such, I wanted to see how it might look if it did, so I made a custom timelapse loop of the Genshin Impact CBT2 login screen. I took each distinct day scene and merged them into a full timelapse loop, from dusk, to afternoon, to dawn, to evening, and back to dusk, for a complete loopable video.
