Το μεγαλύτερο νησί των Κυκλάδων μπορεί να μην τραβά τα φώτα όπως άλλα πιο γκλαμουράτα τριγύρω αλλά το ότι εδώ μπορείς να περάσεις όχι μόνο περισσότερο αλλά κυρίως ποιοτικότερο χρόνο κάτι λέει. Το καλό είναι πως δεν έχει διεθνείς πτήσεις με αποτέλεσμα να λείπουν τα οργανωμένα πακέτα και έτσι να διατηρεί τον χαρακτήρα του. Πεντακάθαρα νερά, όμορφες παραλίες, ορεινά χωριά, καλό φαγητό, φιλικοί ντόπιοι και πολλά σημεία αρχαιολογικού ενδιαφέροντος. Το τοπικό ΚΤΕΛ φτάνει στα βασικά χωριά αλλά η ενοικίαση αυτοκινήτου για μια δυο μέρες θα σας οδηγήσει σε πολλές όμορφες γωνιές του χωρίς άγχος. - Naxos is the biggest island of Cyclades with about 18,000 inhabitants) and although less famous that some other glamorous islands (Santorini and Mykonos) it’s really worth a visit. It doesn’t have international flight connections so that keeps package tourism away so if you are not into clubbing you will love this island for many reasons: big sandy beaches, impressive mountains, a dozen of beautiful villages, nice nature, friendly locals, tasty food and archaeological sites. If you go before summer you can barely see any tourist around, only the local life.
