Here is a 1987 tornado warning pulled from a VHS recording in my collection. If nothing else, it's a glimpse at how these warnings were broadcast in the 1980s. The reception has a fair amount of static because I was living in the immediate vicinity of the storm (between Prescott and River Falls) so we were about to get hit by the storm. But no, I didn't see any tornadoes!
