mlps93's video: 7 2 Sapporo Fire Bureau Ladder Pump Responding

Just missed the ladder... Ladder (Housui 7) from Chuo-Ku's Fire Department Housui Fire Station, and Pump (Yamahana 2) from Chuo Ku's Fire Department Yamahana Fire Station responding and arriving to a fire call. Call seemed to originate from white smoke coming out of a chimney, that particular building's chimney usually emits a bit of white smoke, but there was more than usual that was being emitted which was what probably lead to somebody ringing 119. All appliances left shortly after arriving; apart from one ladder which did deploy just to confirm and check the chimney, and that there was indeed no fire.
