It's also called Reversi. The pieces are black on one side and white on the other. You play by trapping a chain of your opponents pieces between two of yours, which changes them to your color. At 3:02, the kanji say "sonzai" ("existence") instead of "egaku" ("drawing"). So, the line would say, "Raise the voice of existence" (which, frankly, makes a lot more sense).
