Some notes: I have also seen "joushoushikou" ("desire for improvement"at 0:20) translated as "upward mobility." At 0:28, he uses "ore," which is a rather arrogant way of referring to yourself. Chisa uses it very, very rarely in his lyrics. I found out that "flag" (0:48 and 1:33) is used in Japanese video games to mark a future status. A term similar to having a "death flag," then, is being "marked for death." At 0:57, "tomorrow" is the object being bet, not the time the bet is taking place. "Rouge" (1:58) is makeup used to redden your lips (or your cheeks, but usually lips). "Teikan" ("resignation" at 3:14) literally means "clear vision."
