The 5D3 viewfinder starts out first at the same light level as the 5D2 couldn't lock on. I turn the light off and after a few seconds the Single point locks on. You can't see the bear because the 5D2 taking the video of the viewfinder couldn't go high up enough in ISO to get any light outta the viewfinder of the 5D3. This goes to show you how much better the 5D3 is at AF and at High ISO Videos.
