mrdummy's video: Cleaning WMR Controllers

@Cleaning WMR Controllers
Through one year use of WMR VR Headset, i noticed for whole time my controllers showed already low battery levels with fresh charged NiMH batteries. Even Reddit community found out you need another batteries with higher voltage (1,5V Li-Ion / 1,6V NiZn) but it wont help much because with dirty contacts, you will get early "empty" message and your controllers will shut off. Thanks to Reddit community, someone measured the dirty contacts. It has around 2 Ohm resistance. After good cleaning, he measured 0,5 Ohm. Such difference makes already big result on battery levels, it will have much higher battery level with NiMH and Alkaline, so you can play way longer with it. But because problems already happens after some months use with new headset, you must wait until warranty is over. Otherwise you cannot let it repair for free under warranty. Opening early is at your risk, lucky it's not hard and it won't break something when done calmy. It's very recommended to clean up contacts, because it's much better compared with dirty / uncleaned state. Both controllers worked good after cleaning and no more early shutdown. It will keep up with NiMH without warning for ~12 hours at least (i played for 3 days before it shut down). Happy WMR VR playing!
