@Creality CR-10S PRO extruder is loose. Bend extruder housing

I thought I had fixed the issue with my z axis being always off but the axis was ok for like two prints and it was off again.. I was wondering why so I started to thighten everything again that might have gotten loose during shipping. I remember that the extruder was always wobbly but it was at the tightest it could get.. I watched a video and it showed that you had to screw in one of the screws and so I did. However it was always wobbling a bit.. after further inspection I think the whole housing was somehow bend on before I got this (remember I I only had this for like two weeks) Because the extruder wobbles I think that’s why my printer axis is always off
