It's been a while since I've gotten a chance to post any new videos, but today I've got quite a trippy treat for you: some weird psych from the obscure New Jersey band called the Group Image. The Group Image's only album, A MOUTH IN THE CLOUDS, was released in 1968 on the small Community label. It includes an eccentric mix of brief pop songs and longer, more experimental tracks. Here are the two songs that I enjoy the most: 1) "A Way to Love You All the Time" 2) "Banana Split" I found my copy of the Group Image album in an antique shop in Wooster, Ohio.
