Ever wondered why all these MLG 360 Pros do parry into backstab in PvP? Well, today you get your answer. Because... there is a little trick associated to it. Apparently you can buffer billion R1s into the parry animation and if the single R1 connects with the backstab window - you will get the pull. In other words, parrying and then backstabbing (by mashing R1) extends the natural window, giving you more chances to land a backstab compared to what you would normally get (one R1, one chance to land the backstab).
