@LPAC Lyndon Larouche Survive
LPAC Lyndon Larouche Be Able to survive, Are we fit to survive is the question, a deeper question than one might think, here taking in Glass Steagle & the 25th Amendment Section 4, both of which are promising methods with which to help save ourselves from the contrived fall of the elite's "Worldwide Monetary Financial System", which is now crashing about us from 2008 up to now 2011 & on, threatening to take us all back to the dark ages & peering into Galactic Cycles & Earth Changes which are impacting the Earth right now, and for some time to come. Glass Steagall a Federal law enacted by Congress in 1933 forcing a separation between commercial banking and investment banking, following the 1929 stock market crash and during commercial banking failure and the Great Depression, two members of Congress placed their names on what is known today as the Glass-Steagall Act AKA GSA. The act separated investment and commercial banking activities & prohibited commercial banks from collaborating with full-service brokerage firms or participating in investment banking activities. At the time improper banking activity or what was considered "overzealous commercial bank involvement" in stock market investment, was seen to be the main culprit of the financial crash. In that, commercial banks took on too much risk with depositors' money. Additional and sometimes non-related explanations for the Great Depression evolved over the years, and many questioned whether the GSA hindered the establishment of financial services firms that can equally compete against each other. See why the GSA was established and what led to its final repeal in 1999 25th Amendment Section 4. Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President. Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office. "The world has now come to the present, frazzled fag- end of Lord Jacob Rothschild's 1971 Inter-Alpha Group (of global banking notoriety). This defines, a situation which now closes in upon the greater part of the nations of the trans-Atlantic denomination."
