No equipment needed, just get yourself ready to work hard! 1. Planks with Alternate Leg Raise – 60 seconds 2. Side Plank – 30 seconds each side 3. Bridge – 60 seconds 4. Russian Twist – 20 reps 5. Single Leg Touch – 20 reps each side 6. Back Extension – 30 reps Rest 2-3 mins inbetween sets and stretch!
