nic's video: ballet at home with @Tutugirlkem summer themed intermediate class

nic 42yo they/them just a little snippet of doing a class at home. my ballet studio doesn't start fall adult classes until the second week of Sept so I thought I'd try some classes at home after an inspired barre purchase (there's so many more affordable, nice options now!!) the class i followed here (highly recommend, best online class i've taken): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XrtMoTDJUJA I took cecchetti classes until around 13, went back to adult classes in my 20s and ultimately had stopped due to hypermobility syndrome related chronic injuries and then having 3 kiddos across 6 years and moving around. but I found an amazing teacher here 3 years ago and found I could take class once a week without aggravating my various old injuries. woohoo for me! ballet really is one of my favorite things of life. I also have some sort of exercise intolerance+exercise induced asthma combo that seems to have gotten worse since we got omicron in December. oof. but I'm hanging in.
