Why does YouTube suggest "2008 Summer Olympics" as a tag for this video. Huh. Anyway...it's Buck Rogers: Planet of Zoom for Atari 8-bit home computers! A port of Sega's 1982 arcade game, this game will zoom into your heart and planet itself, somehow. Somehow it will planet. This game in the arcade was impressive for its time because of it's fast action and large scaled sprites! It was in some ways the precursor to Sega's classic Space Harrier. Things aren't as large for this Atari port, but they still move pretty good, and this game has a lot of intense action. Although as I watch the footage, it doesn't seem so intense. But when you're actually playing, trying to keep your speed as fast as you can handle, it's pretty intense. Promise. Zoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooom! Oh, and YouTube also suggests "Roman numerals" as a tag. Awesome!
