Amanda Nunes looked as dominant as ever last night (Sat., June 6, 2020) at UFC 250 live on ESPN+ PPV from inside UFC APEX in Las Vegas, Nevada, when she brutalized Felicia Spencer in the main event to capture her first UFC women’s featherweight title defense, winning the contest via unanimous decision. The champion landed a few big right hands early. Spencer tried to close the gap on the feet with takedowns along the cage, but Nunes defended nicely. “Lioness” then scored a beautiful hip throw to gain top control. From there, Nunes would land heavy punches and sharp elbows to close out the round.
