GREECE - It's been 14 years since Greece ends up in the top three of the Eurovision scoreboard. Kalomira was asked many times to represent Greece and Cyprus, she even considered the American Song Contest as an option but her heart remains always loyal to Greece. Speaking to Kalomira was amazing. First, she is one of the very few artists who never ask for the questionnaire in advance. Second, because she replied to all questions clarifying all queries we had and third because we have the pleasure to see how beautiful and young she remains, violating all-natural laws (joking of course). In our interview session, Kalomira revealed what happened the last autumn with the songwriting camp and Eurovision 2022. After bidding in 2018, 2019 and 2020 Eurovision editions, last autumn alongside Mohombi and Claydee she prepared some songs for Eurovision, one of which is still kept for the contest. At the very last minute, 30 minutes before the deadline due, Kalomira asked to withdraw the song. But Eurovision is not over. She is ready to come back, more experienced and ready to slay the stage. The family though remains a key element in her life. Secret Combination singer says that having a family and three kids means the world to her and she also reveals that the Greek entry of 2008 is often played at the kids' parties, although they are still young to realise their mom's achievement. Maybe in 2023, they can be proud of their mom! Kalomira is releasing a new song, one of those prepared for Eurovision 2022 and in late July she will be shooting her video clip in Athens. The song is set to be released in September. Regarding any TV plans, Kalomira says that she is not interested to do a TV show, she denied the JUST THE 2 OF US rumours and emphasizes that all she wants is to focus and spread her music. We also discussed Eurovision which she follows closely every year. She admits she is a more CHANEL person rather than SAM RYDER although respects and loves all music genres. She also loved the Greek entries the recent years, explaining the uniqueness of Katerine Duska, Stefania and Amanda Tenfjord. We also discussed what many talk about in Greece.
