The ability to sprint, decelerate, then reaccelerate with in a short distance is the money spot when applying agility drills for any sport.

The drill begins with the athlete sprinting to the middle of the cones and buzzing his feet. ↓↓↓
We then have 4 commands in this Drill.
1. Cone # (sprint to cone, sprint back)
2. Down (Updown)
3. Up (Vertical Jump)
4. When you want the athlete to finish YELL "OUT" and have them finish by turning Left or Right and sprinting through the cones.
