Your athletes will have to focus on your commands and then execute under pressure! 🔑 The ability to sprint, decelerate, then reaccelerate with in a short distance is the money spot when applying agility drills for any sport. ==== The drill begins with the athlete sprinting to the middle of the cones and buzzing his feet. ↓↓↓ We then have 4 commands in this Drill. 1. Cone # (sprint to cone, sprint back) 2. Down (Updown) 3. Up (Vertical Jump) 4.
