2️⃣ Advanced Plyos, Max Velocity Training & Position Specific
3️⃣ Conditioning (30 minutes)
4️⃣ Lift (30 minutes)

B.) Quicks
-Left/Right Foot Reach x2 reps ea leg
-Lateral Intent no bounce back x2 reps ea way
-Call OUT Number 1-4 x2 reps (Coach Dictates #’s called)

A.) A-Series
- ARMS RAISED: A-March to A-Skip
- A-March to A-Skip
- A-Skip to A-Run
B.) Advanced Plyos
Rotational Jumps
-DL Bounce Back R+L and L+R x2 (Finish where you start)
-SL Stick x2 ea way
-SL Bounce Back R+L and L+R x2 (Finish where you start)
-SL Rotational Jumps into DL Vertical Jump R+L and L+R x2 (Finish where you start)

Bounds and Hops
- SL bound x2 ea leg (Start off of right then straight to left)
- SL hops x4 each leg

3.) Flying 10s
-20 Yard Build Up to 10 Yard Sprint x3
-Rest 2 minutes between sets

4.) Position Specific Shuttles - Conditioning (10 minutes)
2 Sets of 5 Reps - ( 2:30 Break between Sets: 5R /5L)
A Group: WR, DB, TB, QB
50 Yards (25+25)

40 Yards (20+20)

30 Yards (15+15)

Lift (40 minutes)

A1. Deadlift Eccentric 4x5,3,3,3 (1st Set Regular)
(6 secs on way down for 3 working sets at 75% 1 RM)
A2. Lateral Jump to Box Jump 3x2 (1 ea side)
A3. Assisted Band Squat Jump 3x3
B1. BB Lunge 4x3 ea leg
B2. Alternating Split Lunge Jump 3x2 ea leg
B3. MB Glute Back Iso Hold 3x20 sec
C1. Bodyweight Finisher 1x AFAP: * Record Individual TIME
- Push Up x10 - Lunge x10 - Squat x10 - Sit up x10
