Coaching Cues On The Start / Stance
⬇⬇⬇
✅Feet = Athlete sets their feet, straddles line, moves directional foot back
✅Hand = Athlete places hand on ground
✅Chin = Athlete tucks chin
✅Whistle = Go
DRILLS TO IMPLEMENT:
1. 5 yard + PAUSE x 2
(Cross over step, Hand down the way you go, Pause at 5 yards, carry outside foot over)
2. Cut 25’s to the right.
3. Alternating Cut 25's
4. 5 - 10 yard + PAUSE with left hand
5. 5 + 10 + 5
Remember:
We use this drill to teach the athlete how to place their feet -SHIN ANGLE- and to bend to touch the line when they are running the drill focusing on all the key 🔑 movements of drill before testing them. A better informed athlete is a better athlete.

There's over 80 kids training in this video. It's not going to be perfect.
