We do NOT implement all these drills in one session. We slowly progress week to week, For EXACTLY how we implement these drills check out our GAME SPEED SYSTEM + https://oneightyathletics.com/gamespeed1b + Each element of The GAME SPEED SYSTEM is built upon each other to ensure success. The progression from week to week will ensure you're developing the speed, power, quickness and conditioning necessary to produce more game-like speed from one workout to the next. This system will get every ounce of effort out of your athletes and will produce the fastest results you've seen in your offseason training program. + https://oneightyathletics.com/gamespeed1b + This Resisted Sprint series is focused on ACCELERATION. Acceleration is a critical component is sports. Athletes must react to certain stimulus, accelerate to maximum speed, change directions, decelerate, reaccelerate, and maintain maximum speed. The ability to respond to certain stimulus and to get the body moving from a pre-snap position or on the run. The main goal of these drills is to assist athletes develop power that transfers to the field or court, which will allow them to accelerate faster and reach greater maximum speeds.
